Licensed since 2005, Deb is the founder of The Federau Group and Associate Broker. She has been a Top Producing Agent/Team since joining Keller Williams in 2012, having received awards for most listed units, most listed volume, and most closed volume. Deb is an active member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council and Committee Chair of the KW Growth Committee. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, she was a Mortgage Consultant/Broker for 13 years.

Deb has been a resident in the Greater Lansing area for over 35 years and very active in the community, serving on her church Board of Trustees, Ele’s Place, Volunteers of America, Hospice House as well as several other charities. She is on the Parent Council for both Okemos High School and Olivet College, of which she is a proud alum. Deb is also a Spring Lake Association Board Member.
Thru personal growth, Deb has realized that the biggest accomplishment was not about the money being made, but the opportunities and impact made on those we worked with. Life is about making an impact.
